SPRINT PHONES

Our Sprint phones will begin to arrive this week for the switch over on Friday the 24th, and there are a few things you must know:

  1. Do NOT power up your phone, do not put in its battery or try to charge it until AFTER your AT&T phone stops working. You can mess up the switch over and have no working phone.
  2. Do NOT buy any accessories for your phone. Call the IT office for any covers, chargers, or protectors you need. We will NOT reimburse any accessories you purchase your self.
  3. Do NOT download any pay applications for your phone. HLA will not pay for 3rd party services. If there is a charge incurred, the amount will be deducted from you expense reimbursements.
